1. Ordering
Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order with you by phone or message. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if an order appears fraudulent. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled after a reasonable number of attempts to reach you.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and are the price of the product only. The delivery charge is shown on the product page, in your bag and at checkout before you place the order: currently ৳ 60 inside Dhaka and ৳ 120 outside Dhaka. Prices can change at any time, but the price you see when you place an order is the price you pay.
Payment is by cash on delivery to the courier.
3. Delivery
Charges, areas and timing are set out in the Delivery Policy. Deliveries are made by third-party courier services across Bangladesh. The courier will call before arriving. Please make sure the phone number on the order is reachable; repeated failed delivery attempts caused by an unreachable number or an incomplete address may result in the order being returned and future cash-on-delivery orders requiring advance payment.
4. Authenticity
We guarantee that every product we sell is a genuine product of the named brand, purchased in South Korea and delivered in its original sealed packaging. If any product fails to verify as genuine, you are entitled to a full refund including delivery charges under our returns policy.

6. Product information
Descriptions, ingredient lists and usage guidance are taken from the manufacturer and are provided for information. They are not medical advice. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, read the manufacturer’s leaflet and patch-test before use. Shades shown on screen can differ slightly from the product because of display settings.
7. Use of the site
You agree not to place orders you do not intend to accept, not to interfere with the operation of the site, and not to copy our photographs or text for commercial use without permission.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 or the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes we cannot resolve directly may be brought before the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection or the competent courts of Dhaka.
